Becca Sasha Gastfriend

Becca Sasha Gastfriend is a Brooklyn-based award-winning songwriter, vocalist and educator originally from Newton, MA. Trained at New York University’s Tisch School of the Arts, Becca fuses her broad performance experience and vocal training with an innate gift for stirring hearts at Bridge to the Soul. Whether performing her original music under “beccs” at cutting-edge venues throughout NYC, teaching voice to adults and children, or performing nostalgic classics with a “one-of-a-kind voice that screams originality” (Huffington Post), Becca is passionate about using singing as a tool to build connection.

 

Charlotte Jacobs

Charlotte Jacobs is a trained jazz singer, musician and educator from Ghent, Belgium. She graduated with the highest honor at the Royal Conservatory of Ghent and uses her vocal training and improvisation to uplift others at Bridge to The Soul. Charlotte has extensive experience working with seniors with dementia and Alzheimers as a companion and music artist. She is an avant-pop recording artist and songwriter whose work has been praised by national and international media: a sonic adventure” (NPR, Bob Boilen) “A musical head fake” (New Sounds WNYC John Schaefer), “A book of shadows” (Atwood Magazine). Charlotte’s positive energy, compassion and curiosity allow her to seamlessly connect with seniors through song.
